Episode 033: Katie Leede

Katie Leede has designed highly customized homes all over the country- from Santa Monica to Austin to New York and Maine. Known for her collaborative spirit, Katie seeks to reveal through her work each client’s unique take on color, form, beauty and what makes home a real home.

Katie’s work has appeared in national and regional magazines, including ELLE DECOR, House Beautiful, Veranda, and Traditional Home among others and has been featured on numerous blogs such as Remodelista, Stylebeat, So Haute, Habitually Chic, COCOCOZY, and more.

In 2010, Traditional Home nominated Katie as one of “Ten Young Designers to Watch”, and in 2011 House Beautiful cited her as one of “Ten More Designers who create a Global, Sophisticated Look.”

Three years ago, Katie launched a growing line of fresh, timeless textiles that celebrate the artisanal brilliance of iconic, far flung cultures like those of Egypt and Japan.
